Not expensive hotel, spotless and 0.5 miles from the airport. The beds were large and the room was regular double & romantic. Loved the buffet breakfast, which included milk, hot waffles, fruit, breads and eggs. Pleasant staff and superb service all day long. Bottled drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise.

Very good staff and location. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, climate control and a personal safe. Set close to the train station Rossio, the centre of the city and the castle in the busy area. Moreover, Rossio Square and other places worth exploring were walking distance to the hotel.

Very good value for money and exactly what I needed. Marvelous location and very fancy room and the bed was perfect. The breakfast was super, they make plenty of meals. There were good Internet and tea/coffee in the room, loved that. The staff, who carry out first-class service, was experienced.

everything was really good, but we stayed for 1 night only. liked the hotel, it is cozy and spotless, has unbeatable location close to the important landmarks. the rooms with nice linens and even huge circular bath and luxurious bath robes. lots of good food for meals. excellent service throughout too. besides, parking was available nearby.
